By using trackindiaaqi.in (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are written for a small independent information project and are not a substitute for personalised legal advice.

What the site is

Track India AQI provides air-quality dashboards, city guides, and educational articles based primarily on public monitoring data and original editorial explanation. The site is operated independently by Sanjeev K.

• The site is not a government agency and is not affiliated with CPCB as an official service.
• The site is not a hospital, clinic, or medical device manufacturer.
• Content is for general information and education.

No medical or emergency advice

Nothing on this site is medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or an emergency alert system. If you have breathing difficulty, chest pain, or other urgent symptoms, seek professional medical care or emergency services. Always follow local authority instructions during pollution emergencies.

Data accuracy and limitations

Live readings depend on third-party public networks, station uptime, and network delays. Values can be incomplete, delayed, or revised upstream. Neighbourhood air can differ from the nearest station.

We work to present data clearly and to document methodology on the methodology page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy of third-party feeds.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the site or its data sources with automated scraping that degrades service.
• Do not attempt to break security, inject malware, or disrupt other visitors.
• Do not present site content as official government guidance.
• You may link to public pages with normal attribution; wholesale republication without permission is not allowed.

Intellectual property

Original writing, site design, and branding on Track India AQI are protected to the extent permitted by law. Public government data remains subject to its own terms. Third-party names and standards (for example CPCB or WHO) are referenced for identification and education only.

Advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) when approved and enabled. Advertisers are responsible for their own creatives and offers. Ad personalisation may involve cookies or similar technologies as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operator are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of dashboard readings or articles, or for losses arising from third-party data outages, hosting interruptions, or ad network behaviour. Use the site at your own judgment.

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when material edits are made. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
